There are many filling machines.We mainly have three series filling machine for bottle water product.

1. The CGF series of rinsing-filling-capping machine is used to water into bottle from 200ml-2000ml,diffrient models can satisfy various requirement of output from 2000B/h to 36000B/H.

2.LCGF series of rinsing-filling-capping machine can privide the output from 4L-10L bottle.

3. TXG series of the rinsing-filling-capping machine line is mainly used to produce bottled water with 5 gallon.And diffrient models can offer production capacity from 150 B/H to 2000B/H

Main Features:

TXG type barreled water producing line is the core equipment in the 5 Gallon barreled drinking water producing line. It is the ideal equipment for mineral water, distilled water and purified water producing process.
The machine is made of excellent stainless steel with the advantage of easily-rinsing and corruption-resistance. The main electrical parts adopt products with brand of SIEMENS and OMRON. Pneumatic parts adopt products with brand of AIRTAC.
Both the inner and outer shower nozzle for washing barrel adopt the special technology equipment from American sprayer company. The machine works reliably and efficiently based on the compact structure and high automatic technology.
It is the fully automatic barreled water producing equipment combined with machine, electronic and pneumatic components

Filling Part Features.

1/Uploading and dropping barrels changed from 45 degree to translatory which is more stable.
2/Nozzle can insert into 10-15cm of the barrel in order to rinse little impurities down. Rinsing pump is separately controlled by different magnetic valves. Pump only work when there is barrel on that. It can avoid the mixture of different cleaning fluid.

Capping Parts.

1/Liquid level difference is controlled in 1cm.

2/Machine is equipped with Cap Sterilization system, which is 1.2m. The system make products more clean and safe by using sterilization and finished water.

After equipment reached the workshop of customer, place the equipment according to plane layout we offered. 2. Training
Our company offer technology training to customer. The content of training is structure and maintenance of equipment, control and operation of equipment. Seasoned technician will guide and establish training outline. After training, the technician of buyer could master the operation and maintenance, could adjust the process and treat different failures.
