Specifications:

1. All the bottles are sent into machine directly by air conveyor, and then through the starwheel working, the bottles are send into rinsing machine, instead of feeding screw and conveying chain, with this kind of way , when change the bottles, only few parts in the machine can be changed, to fill different kinds of bottles. And in our machine Newly-designed bottle-separating grippers are assembled to starwheel.

2. We adopts Neck-hanging technology in bottle transportation, all the machine parts will not contact the bottle area above the bottle beck , to avoid the second time pollution.

3. High speed, easily-cleaned filling valve with big flow, will be connected to CIP cleaning system, anytime need to clean the filling valve , just push the button , the machine will finish it automatically ;

4. Splint of star-wheel using twist descending way to simplify the process of bottle-size-changing. Only need to change arch board and star-wheel, within ten minutes

Rinser Station:

1. All the rinsing head is with the SUS304 material, with injection spraying water style designing, will save the water consummation, and cleaing the bottles more better;

2. 304 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle friction during washing

3. 304 stainless steel washing pumps
